Diamond Bar is our busiest office, open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday all day plus Friday and Saturday mornings. We hold same-day appointments every day we are in, so a child who wakes up unwell can be seen the same day. Call or text early and we will find them a spot.
Yes, We Accept Straight Medi-Cal

Can I get my child seen today?
Often, yes. We hold same-day appointments each day for sick visits, so call or text us early and we'll do our best to get your child in. We don't take walk-ins, every visit is scheduled in advance, but a quick call or text is usually all it takes.

I have a school form (ie. medicines, allergies, sports physical, annual physical) to be completed. How can I get that done?
Drop off the form to one of our staff members during normal office hours and we will have it completed it for you WITHIN 3-5 business day. Most forms will require a form fee of $35 for our administrative time. If you need it rushed, there is a rush fee of $10.
You can either pick it up in person or the completed form can be e-mailed to you.
